Susan Beck, University of Arizona, is a professor with expertise in seismology and tectonics.

Geoffrey Fox, University of Indiana, is a pioneer in grid computing and Visiting Scholar for CI Development to the Alliance for Equity in Higher Education, which includes numerous MSIs.

Peter Fox is Chief Computational Specialist, High Altitude Observatory within the National Center for Atmospheric Research. He has experience in semantic web development; in use-case CI development within the atmospheric, astrophysical and earth sciences communities, and in CI education and outreach.

Tony Fountain heads the Cyberinfrastructure Laboratory for Environmental Observing Systems within the Sciences Research and Development Division at the San Diego Supercomputing Center. He has experience in leading CI development in several national and international CI initiatives including NEON, GLEON, CREON, and ROADNet.

G. Randy Keller is a professor and the Edward Lamb McCollough Chair in Geophysics at the University of Oklahoma. He received the 2006 Grover E. Murray Memorial Distinguished Educator Award from the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Scott Lathrop, TeraGrid, has been involved in high performance computing and communications activities since 1986. Dr. Lathrop is Director of Education, Outreach and Training for the TeraGrid Project. He is also a member of the Advancement Team that is helping to lead the Engaging People in Cyberinfrastructure (EPIC) project funded by NSF among more than twenty organizations involved in EOT activities around the country.

Juan Meza, Department Head of the High Performance Computing Research group at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, conducts research in parallel methods for simulation-based optimization problems and methods for quantification of uncertainty.
